Acceptance of Terms

By using TallyUp Finance ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

TallyUp Finance is a personal finance tracking tool that helps you manually track your finances using a Google Sheets-backed dashboard. The Service is available in both a free tier and a paid Pro tier.

Your Account

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use TallyUp Finance.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Your Data

Your financial data is stored in a Google Sheet in your own Google Drive.
You retain full ownership and control of your data at all times.
You can delete your spreadsheet from Google Drive at any time.
We are not responsible for data loss resulting from actions taken in your Google Drive.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service.

Paid Subscriptions

TallyUp Finance offers a free tier with limited features and a paid Pro tier with additional capabilities.
Pro subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual billing cycle.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Prices are displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice; existing subscriptions will honor their current price until the next renewal.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. TallyUp Finance does not store your payment card details.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings or through the Stripe billing portal.
Upon cancellation, your Pro access will continue until the end of your current paid billing period.
After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the free tier. Any data exceeding free tier limits will remain in your Google Sheet but will not be displayed in the dashboard until you re-subscribe.

Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable. No prorated refunds are issued for partial billing periods, whether from cancellation or account deletion.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, please contact us at support@tallyup.finance and we will work with you to resolve it.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
If you have an active Pro subscription, it will be cancelled immediately upon account deletion. No refund will be issued for the remaining billing period.
Account deletion removes your profile and authentication credentials from our systems. Your Google Sheet will remain in your Google Drive and is not affected.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

TallyUp Finance is not a financial advisor. The Service is a tracking and visualization tool only. We do not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.

Limitation of Liability

TallyUp Finance is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, financial decisions made based on information displayed, or service interruptions.

Service Changes

TallyUp Finance is actively evolving. Features may be added, modified, or removed as we improve the Service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
